I’m Ryan and I’ve been restoring sneakers since 2015. My journey in restoration began as a high-schooler who wore my shoes into the ground and couldn't afford new pairs. When I learned restoration was possible, I decided to give it a try.
With a love for Jordans, I bought some pre-owned pairs online and practiced every day. Some went into my collection, while others were restored and sold for profit. Within a few months, I went from owning run-down sneakers to almost any Jordan I wanted.
This passion turned into a side hustle, and in 2020, I launched a YouTube channel named SneakerStation. Since then, I’ve helped thousands of sneakerheads start their own restoration journey. To this day, I still experience the benefits of restoration and love helping others experience them too.

This guide does not cover redyes, patent leather services, and fabric/plastic painting. Swaps are also not a main focus, but I briefly cover when they’re worth performing.
